Breathing question

Hello fellow Musicians!!

Got to say this is an incredible site, hats off for the team, i am really impressed :)

I started playing on harmonica a few days ago, this is really an amazing insrtrument!! i bought a Hohner Rocket progressive on C.

i started the begining lessons " c harmonica lesson 1, tongue tech lesson 1, solo tech lesson" alternating between the 3...

anyway i would like to know if there is another breathing exercices that are more difficult to do than exhale 1 or 2 times than inhale twice...

because i am finding difficulty in breathing right when i do fast multiple notes (pluse i have inguinal fibroses due to 2 2 hernia operations" which makes it painfull

so any specific execices
