Breathing closing off Nasal cavity

Hi David,
Finding it hard to close off my nasal cavit. I can start with it closed but can feel it opening up as soon as my playing gets underway feel like my brain is telling me your not getting enough air. Any suggestions please

Yes, this is the challenge... to train the brain that you'll be okay... air will come, but slowly. I assume you've seen and studied the "Breathing on the Harmonica" lesson?
