Hello Adam.
I did make it, and it sounded real bad! So, I never released it as a lesson. It's not common for us to spend more than a bar to four bars on the high end, and then move down to our more common range.
What has replaced that lesson is the 2nd Position High End Playing lesson, which is on the site now.
