Bias setup for dummies

Im new with amp And I have sum questions.

I use my ipod touch with bullet mic shure 520dx, irig and manji harp. I try to use this gears for my lesson but I need help

I buy jamup pro with bias because I can acces bias( remember im newby ). I listen Blues for Mr B by Garry Smith and I really really love this sound.

I dont have clean wheel on amp

Im not sure how to set bass-midlle-trebble-presence for starting

inside bias, the key chain is :

-preamp

-eq

-tone stack

-poweramp

-transformer

-eq

-cab

after downloading bluedadi software on equipement section , I try to copy the 2 equalizer setting to jam up pro ( im not sure if its universal)

the sound its ok but ....

I whould like to start with preamp

1- bright or normal

2- tube stage 1 to 5 

3- gain knob

4-distortion

5-low cut freq

6-high cut freq

7- I can choose tube, 12ax7-12at7-12au7

If you I have time can you suggest me a basic setup please?
