Bending progress

Hello David,
A while back I never thought I could bend. Now I am able to bend most notes. I can get full note bends as practice while straining with the tongue etc, but working on the "feeling the blues" practice song I can only bend the half tones in tempo but can not seem to get lower than that. Is this a matter of time? Head you say on one lesson such mastery can take years. Or, am I perhaps using bad technique?
I often wish you would offer skype based private sessions as Im sure getting over some of these humbs would be easier with direct feedback.

Hello Gary. You are correct... time is required. It's also a good idea to revisit Bending Study 1, you'll no doubt pick up some important elements that need to be reinforced. I don't offer Skype lessons, but some of the Accredited Instructors (https://www.bluesharmonica.com/teacher-accreditation) do. I know that Ross Garren does.
