David,

I am looking for help in tongue block bending dirty notes like the 3 and 4 together (3 full bend 4 half step bend).  I can bend single notes fine but every time I try adding the 4 it just sounds airy and I lose the total bend.  Any suggestions or videos on the site would be appreciated.

Hello Anthony. Play a 3" a couple of times, focusing on your tongue location and bending motion. Add the 4', increasing your air a tad to compensate for the fact that you're playing another hole, and do the same bending motion as you did for the 3". Give this a try over a couple of days of practice and report back.

Seems to have helped...

To say I can master this easy is a long shot, but it does seem to work when I really focus on it.  Thank you so much for the help.  Happy New Year!  I appreciate your guidance and what you do for the harmonica loving community.

God Bless...
