can i continue without buying a new keyA model as u recommend? the crossoverA is an expensive model for me.

recommended right hand position: do the last 2 fingers of left hand drop when right hand is put on. how many finger tips is showing in right hand hole.

Hello rperrier, welcome to

Hello rperrier, welcome to the site.

1) Yes, you can use any A harmonica you want... go for it.

2) Yes, my last two fingers drop downwards when using my right hand. Here are lessons that you can use to see my hand position instruction.

A) Blues Harmonica Fundamentals http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/blues_harmonica_fundamentals - Holding the Harmonica and Wa Wa

B) Cupping & Hand Effects http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/cupping_hand_effects

C) Hob Bosold http://www.bluesharmonica.com/contributor/hob_bosold - Lesson 1 – Holding the Harmonica, Part 1 / Lesson 1 – Holding the Harmonica, Part 2

I'm not sure what you're speaking in regards to, "How many finger tips is showing in right hand hole." Please elaborate, thanks.

>can u give me notes numbers/draw and blow for your favorite pattern (chord)

a bit advance for me now but would like to memorize eventually as i progress.

Hello Richard. The one harp

Hello Richard.

The one harp you'll need is the A Harmonica

What "favorite pattern" are you speaking of? Can you please provide me a link to the lesson page and tell me which video link name it is found and at what time in the video you're speaking of... I'll take a listen to it for you.

Welcome to the site rperrier.

Welcome to the site rperrier. There is an intro lesson for those with only the C Harmonica, and it is found here http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/c_harmonica_intro_lesson. After this lesson if you decide to continue you will need to pick up an A Harmonica (it's the most common harmonica used in blues). Best wishes on your studies.
