Hello David,

I'm enjoying your online lessons very much. I'd like to play harp with a band on "Not Fade Away"; I've been playing along with the Tom Petty live version. What instructions would I give the band before starting up?

Thank you Kevin, I’m glad

Thank you Kevin, I’m glad that you’re enjoying the site. Being that this is not a standard twelve bar blues, the band has to know the song, so you would just say the name of the song (to see if they know it), what key you want to play it in (E in the case of this recording), and count them in (where the guitar will start it).
