Pots

Hello Bluevan,

A)  A bad volume pot is pretty rare, especially on an older amp.

B)  A simple check with an ohmeter will determine if the pot is bad.

C)  It has recently come to my attention that you are a dedicated solder-sniffer! Solder on brother, but it's my guess that you have an amp that doesn't work the way you think it should. You've tried a bunch of different things that didn't help, so now you're wondering if it might be a volume pot. I'm really hoping that this is your own amp, not the amp of a friend you're trying to help out.......
