David Hi

Not really a question but a form of reinforcement or commitment for me. Working on LOA 6 (really enjoying it) and specifically on Improvisation I realized it was an area that I have not been giving enough attention and (struggle with Improvisation) to the Apply what you learn sections. So I have gone back as far as temperature and reworking the Improvising and Applying what I learned sessions. In the temperature segment you recommend that we spend one third of our time on this segment “Applying what you learn”. Wow I missed that recommendation so have now adjusted my practice program to include the Apply what I learn segment going through them all again. I also use this segment now to reinforce techniques that I have learnt to date. I also find it usefull to apply newly learnt things like texture rythem etc.
