David, do you have any tips on controlling the high end of harmonica?

I try to draw "radiant-ly", "gent-ly", and "yawning-ly" from the diagram.

8 draw sound OK alone, but "thin" in speed lick (like in "Take it easy").

Hello RB. Those are the big

Hello RB. Those are the big tips. You may want to confirm that your tongue is lowered in the middle and back. Go in front of a mirror, play an 8 draw, take the harp out of your mouth, look inside your mouth and confirm that your tongue is lowered. When playing, make sure that you're staying relaxed as well. It's easy to let the tongue sneak up and allow your muscles to tense as you're "trying" to make a phrase sound good. These are the tips... now it's just up to you to practice them over time.
