Air sound when amplified

I recently amplified my A harp for the first time. Just messing around as I've only been playing about six months. When playing acoustic I listen carefully and hear no air. I know none is escaping around the harp. It is like the mic is picking up the sound of air going through the harp?

Actually decided to do a search for"airy" on this forum. Good results and advice. Should have thought to search before I posted. Still interested in any other comments.
