Hello Harp Techs

Friend, and internationally recognized harmonica player and fabricator, Brendon Powers strongly endorsed the Chinese made Easttop T12-48 brass comb chromatic harmonica on his web site. He gave high marks for craftsmanship, playability and a tone unique to brass comb harmonicas--all at an affordable price! I was intrigued.

I recently received my Easttop T12-48 chromatic harmonica. It is an excellent value.

Includes zipper carrying case with spare parts and polishing cloth.

Brass comb adds significant weight

Impressive fit and finish with comfortable mouthpiece

Precision slider makes this harmonica a joy to play

Precision milling of the brass combs mates the reed plates, cover plates, mouthpiece, and slider into one seamless airtight chromatic harmonica

Under the Hood

Removing the cover plates exposed the windsavers and spot welded phosphor bronze reeds (pioneered by Suzuki). 12 fasteners secure the reed plates to the comb. The 3 fasteners located along the mouthpiece edge will help mitigate undesirable air pressure leakage--improving tone and playability.

Note the incredibly close tolerance placement of the windsavers. This will enhance the tone and help mitigate windsaver buzz.

Removing the reed plates reveal the precision milled brass comb. Check out the easy-to-reach spring for future maintenance or replacement.

If you are in the neighborhood for a new affordable, high quality brass comb 12 hole chromatic harmonica, look no further than the Easttop T12-48.

USA distributors include https://rockinronsmusicsd.com. On the other side of the pond, contact Brendon Powers at https://www.brendan-power.com

Easttop is upping its game!

I own an old Easttop T10-40 ten hole chromatic. It has one reed per chamber and no valves. It was ok for me when when I was just testing the waters. Later I got a Hohner 280/64. Liked it far better. Especially the ability to bend was a welcome!

Here Easttop is really upping its game. Nice to see that! Thanks for sharing.

Hello Malay, good of you to

Hello Malay, good of you to join us.

I agree with you, when a friend of mine brought me samples of Easttop diatonics and chromatics to examine and test drive, I was not impressed--at all.

Easttop definitely pulled out all the stops and assigned their top people to produce the T12-48 brass comb chromatic harmonica.
