The instructions indicate that if Bending Study 3 has been completed then we're ready for Accompaniment Study 4. Would it be fair to assume that was written before Bending Study 2.5 was available and that completing 2.5 is the equivalent prerequisite? Note I plan to do both Bending Study 2.5 and 3 so I can learn the different songs but I was planning to do Bending Study 2.5 early in LOA 4 and then Bending Study 3 down the road as I'm wrapping up LOA 4. Thanks!

Answer

In regards to bending, nothing new is taught in Bending Studies 2.5 or 3, they're just faster, so you can choose which one you prefer... which one inspires you most. Study 2.5 is a little bit easier due to being a little slower that Study 3 and on the C Harmonica (which is closer in pitch to the A Harmonica you're used to), but both give you valuable study time dialing in your bending.
