Good Morning David,

I notice that on the final vocal chorus at 3:23 there are three V IV I turnarounds, can this be employed for any accompaniament, or is it just unique to this study song.

Many thanks,

Paul

Hello Paul. Playing the

Hello Paul. Playing the V-IV-I three times is a typical ending type. Whatever you would normally play for accompaniment for a V-IV-I, play it here three times. The key thing is not to play a V7 Chord at the end... no 1 draw at the end, typical of a turnaround lick. You'll study this in Performance Training: Beginnings, Endings and Breaks.
