Small correction in table Ex 2.3
Hi David,
In table Ex 2.3. two more notes can be added: 2 draw G in the IV chord & 3 Blow G in the I chord.

Thank you Mathieu... I purposely left that out until Study 5 (I want students to get used to using the simple idea of blowing for the IV Chord and draw for the I Chord), but I see how that can bring confusion.
