If I Lower the thirds Cs to B (blow plate) and Gs to Gb (draw) that should do it, right. Or am I missing something.

Well let's see ... A♭ minor

Well let's see ...

A♭ minor is a minor scale based on A♭, consisting of the pitches A♭, B♭, C♭, D♭, E♭, F♭, and G♭. Its key signature has seven flats.

Your strategy will work, but remember in order to play Fb (E) you will have to bend down the the 3 and 6 reeds a half step.
