My lowest bend on hole 3 D harp is super hard, Tips?

I don't recommend you

I don't recommend you practice the 3'''. In most cases students lose the ability to play the more important 3' and 3" when working hard for the 3'''. By the time you need this bend (3rd Position), you'll easily be able to hit it.

With this in mind, if you are still looking to practice it, focus on using a spot slightly farther back on your tongue, slightly further back in your mouth. Experiment, experiment, experiment.
