3' Bend

Hi David. The 3' bend on especially my Bb harp is difficult. I don't have a problem puckering, its tongue blocking.any. advice?

Answer

Hello Francis. Assuming that your 3" is good, then to achieve a 3' you'll want hump up more of the front of the tongue, further forward in the mouth... it's about tuning your mouth to a higher pitch, which means a smaller chamber.
