Hi Kinya

I'm a student of Dave's and I've been playing for a little over a year and I play every day. I have three Hohner Harmonicas in "A"  a Special 20  a Marine Band and a Crossover.  The Special 20 plays the best but I like the Crossover the best. My Crossover on 2 draw sounds like its bubbeling when I draw. The Special 20 never does this. I bought a Turbo Harp cleaner and nothing changes after useing it. I sent it to Joe Spiers on Daves recomendation and it still dose it. Is there a cleaner I can use on the reeds?

Thanks Phil

Hi Phil, good to hear from

Hi Phil, good to hear from you.

Hmmm, I think I understand what you mean by "bubbling", but would feel more confident in my diagnosis if I can get a sound file of you playing your Crossover as well as your Special 20. Would that be possible to "hear" what you do?

Your Harpsmith, Kinya
