Hi David! I'm practicing the song My Blues and also solo harmonica n°5, the first example. Both pieces uses the draw 1 bend. I play the 1 hole using tongue blocking keeping my tongue on the comb of the harmonica on the left of the 1 hole. That way I have a hard time getting the deepest bend but when I lift the tongue and bend like pucker position I can nail the bend really deep. My question is: should I practice the 1 draw bend with the tongue on the comb or I should practice lifting my tongue from he face of the harmonica? Thanks

Hello Norlo28. I think

Hello Norlo28. I think puckering hole 1 makes sense... make that your normal way of playing hole 1 now.

Thank you very much David.

Thank you very much David. I'm nailing the draw 1 bend better!
