Two New Fabulous CDs

Some great new stuff:

First, Charlie Lange of BlueBeat Music (THE site to buy great blues CDs) has produced on his bluebeatmusic.com label a new CD from R.J. Mischo, "Everybody's Gettin' Some." Recorded at Greaseland, with a cast of musicians that includes Kid Andersen, Bob Welsh, Kedar Roy, and June Core. With a special appearance by Mark Hummel on one cut. This is a great one! And avaialble at bluebeatmusic.com.

Second, look out in the coming weeks for the release of Big Harp George Bisharat's latest CD, "No Shortcuts." Also recorded at Greaseland, and also with an amazing bunch of musicians, including Kid Andersen, Derrick "D-Mar" Martin, and Joe Kyle. Was privileged to get my hands on an early copy. If you don't know about Big Harp George, do your homework. Another student of David's who's gone on to record a ton of wonderful CDs.
