Recording (Audacity)

Audacity is a free recording program that works for both Mac and PC. In this lesson, taught by Professor John Shirley (sound recording instructor at University of Massachusetts Lowell) you'll learn how to record yourself to a jam track in order to submit a study song for review at BluesHarmonica.com.

It's also a good idea to watch the Recording Study series, which outlines different approaches to recording (from using the memo app on your smartphone to what a home studio looks like)... start with Recording Study 1 - Handheld.

This lesson is for all skill level players. No harmonica is needed for this lesson.
