Here's a general practice plan to follow...

Daily
1 Hour Practice
10m - Technique Practice (this can be a technique like bending, tongue blocking, a scale, etc.)
30m - Study Song(s)
20m - Apply the lick(s) you worked on that day to a jam track (Chorus Forms)

Weekly
Pick one day to play ALL of the songs you've learned from beginning to end without stopping. This is best done by making a CD or play list on your computer. At first you can play with the original track (the one with harmonica), followed by the jam track (just you). After you get in the swing of things you can make the play list only contain jam tracks. This mimics you having a weekly gig, this way you won't forget the songs, licks and movements you worked so hard to gain. If you have a lot of songs you can divide the set list over a number of weeks.
