Work, family, "insert other life responsibility here" can get very busy at times and pushes out what little valuable practice time we have in the day. When life get's busy you go into maintenance mode.

Keep a harmonica in your pocket at all times. When you go to warm up your car in the morning blow harp for a few minutes... when you get to work don't get out right away, again, blow some harp for a few minutes... before you go to bed play your current study song one time through with the study track... it's all about getting your harp in your mouth so that you don't lose what you've worked so hard to gain.

Oh, by the way... have fun when you practice like this... don't stress over what you can't control.
