How much time are you soloing in a song when there's a vocalist and other instrumentalists? On average you solo 2 choruses out of 10. What do you do when the singer or soloist is doing their thing? There’s no need to sit out, but there is a way of approaching accompaniment that’s very different than soloing. Your task for today is to download the harmonica chart found in the Understanding Position Playing lesson. Look at the C Harmonica and start memorizing notes available (including bends). You can focus on the first six holes if you wish since that’s where we spend most of our time.
