Today I wanted to find a list of grooves to help me identify the songs I'm putting together for the June repertoire retention exercise and found this book: Blues Jam - 40 Progressions and Grooves: Sit in and Solo with a Professional Blues Band! https://www.amazon.com/dp/1423446801/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_9G7YBB9EJHC5CN8E12CC I ordered it directly from Hal Leonard: https://www.halleonard.com/product/311449/blues-jam-40-progressions-and-grooves. Comes with a code for audio downloads of the jam tracks. David let me know that lesson on this site in the Performance Training series that goes into more detail. Enjoy!
