There are some good tips on how to deal with stage fright on the July 19th episode of the Hidden Brain podcast (https://hiddenbrain.org).

One of the helpful strategies they bring up is to practice in a way that is similar to actual live performance. We all play along to the original track once all of the individual elements are mastered within the song, but you'll want to take it to the next step and play to a jam track (if one is provided, or you can find one that's similar enough). This is an important step closer to playing with a band (you don't have the reminder of the original player playing along with you).

Go even further and choose a jam track that isn't quite right... slightly too fast, too slow, not exactly the same feel (more or less bluesy). We don't have control over what the other musicians play. Having backing that's not exactly what we practiced to can throw us off. The goal is to play to as many backing tracks as possible so that you can pretty much play to anything the band will throw at you.
