Brown faced Kalamazoo model 1

Getting off toptic a bit as this is not a mic question but I know you are the Zoo guy. Looking at a brown faced Kalamazoo model 1 soon. Apparently been recapped and 3 prong added. Appears otherwise original, "mid 60's". I haven't seen or heard the brown faced in action. Essentially the same animal? Any info is appreciated
